When asked why her clients
trust her, Danielle Kenney stressed
two straightforward reasons. “I
work hard and I’m honest,” she
says. “And I have so much fun
with my clients and they soon realize
that I’m not afraid to go down
any road.”
Danielle’s real estate experience
during the past 25 years includes
the successful closing of over 3,000
homes, totaling over $225 million
dollars worth of real estate. Considering
the vast opportunities in real
estate today and the vulnerability
many clients feel, Danielle’s qualities
and values are essential.
Danielle and her husband, Jim,
a retired navy pilot, have been
married for 46 years and have
four grown children and two
grandchildren. This adventurous
REALTOR® of Distinction has deservedly
earned the reputation as
one of Charleston’s best.
Danielle’s career began in Maryland
as a part-time real estate receptionist.
Her boss quickly recognized
her outgoing personality and
real estate knowledge and encouraged
her to become a REALTOR®.
She held a license in Annapolis,
Md. and Newport, R.I. before
coming to Charleston. She feels
very fortunate to have worked for
extremely progressive, education-oriented
brokers; they groomed
her to become the accomplished
REALTOR® she is today.
Danielle has been with the
Prudential family here in the
Charleston area since 1983, she
has earned her CRS and ABR and
is a certified Fine Homes and New
Homes Specialist. She has been
a Prudential Top Producer and a
member of its President’s Circle
for many years.
A life member of the Charleston
Trident Association of REALTORS®
and a member of the Awards
Committee since 1996, (Chairman
in 2001), Danielle has been in the
Million Dollar Club and a REALTOR
® of Distinction since 1986.
She is a life member of Charleston’s
Top Producer’s Club.
Danielle loves horses, golf, cooking
and gardening and is a member
of many local organizations and
church groups.
Neighborhood camaraderie is
important to her and with that
belief and her energetic personality,
she has worked at Stono Ferry
as co-chairperson of their Social
Committee for years creating great
events for the residents.
