“I still love it…that’s the best part,” states Mary Carson of her 30 years in real estate. “I learn something new everyday. That’s not just a cliché.”

For this former high school teacher, constantly learning is important. In her case, learning about different areas of the real estate profession has helped fuel Mary’s passion for the business. For example, Mary once served as the Education Director for the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, which gave her insight into many aspects of real estate. She also boasts a 12 year career as a real estate appraiser in the Charleston tri-county area, experience that makes her uniquely qualified to help her clients make informed real estate decisions in today’s market.

“I guess you could say, I’ve done it all,” laughs Mary, an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). “It’s not that I’m smarter than everybody else, it’s just that I’ve been in it longer and I truly have the experience.”
